Job core responsibilities and desired skillset Setting up, operating and maintaining press machinery.
Monitor production runs to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Troubleshoot problems and perform cleaning and some maintenance.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Adhere to safety protocols.
Use mathematical and mechanical skills to monitor production and make necessary adjustments.
Use specialized tools for measuring and testing equipment to measure, test and evaluate product reliability and outputs.
Collaborating with teams with other departments to enhance the overall quality and safety of process.
Preparations of reports, inspection findings, documenting outcomes and some filing.
Multitasking, attention to detail and accuracy is a must.
Experience with quality standards, expectations and understanding of calibrated equipment.
Experience with measurement tools including scales, gages and micrometers.
Basic knowledge of technical drawings and prints.
Must be able to lift at least 25lbs.
Must be able to handle very small parts sometimes measuring less than 1mm. Education Highschool diploma or equivalent Shift First shift 7:00am-3:30pm
Ability to work occasional overtime running into 2nd shift, evenings and possibly weekends Salary & Benefits $20-$23 hour based on experience
