Your Journey

• Work closely with Room Attendants to support them in maintaining the cleanliness of the entire hotel

• Remove trash from work areas to the loading dock/dumpster

• Remove trash and linen from cleaning carts and Housekeeping closets

• Distribute linen and supplies to designated areas in the hotel in accordance with established par levels

• Deliver miscellaneous items to guest rooms

• Make up and deliver rollaway beds and cribs as needed

• Maintain storage and distribution areas, ensuring they are clean and organized

• Maintain cleanliness of guest corridors, sweeping and washing floors, vacuuming carpets, washing walls, dusting furniture and fixtures, cleaning elevators and tracks

• Deliver on guests' expectations and have the desire to create WOW moments

• Perform additional duties as assigned that may be outside the scope of duties, based on business needs

Must Haves

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

• Previous experience in Housekeeping prefererd

• Previous hotel experience preferred

Physical Requirements

• Standing and exerting well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours in length

• Ability to bend, squat, and lift up to 75 pounds, including, but not limited to, luggage, guest items, and bags on a regular and continuing basis

• Ability to push and pull carts weighing up to 250 pounds on a regular and continuing basis

• Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, and stretch to fulfill tasks

The pay scale* for this position is $29.90 to $39.87 per hour.
