Ready to redefine how healthcare analytics platforms scale in the cloud? Join us in leading the migration of Oracle Health analytics platforms from on-premises environments to OCI Government regions, driving the design and evolution of a modern, cloud-native Analytics Data Plane.

In this role, you will own end-to-end data architecture across ingestion, transformation, storage, and access layers, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise and regulatory requirements. You will partner closely with engineering, product, and cross-functional teams to modernize ETL pipelines and transform complex legacy data workloads into efficient, cloud-native solutions.

This is a high-impact position focused on delivering reliable, high-performance analytics platforms that enable critical insights while maintaining strict standards for security, compliance, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and delivery of a cloud-native Analytics Data Plane on OCI Government regions

• Define end-to-end data architecture across ingestion, transformation, storage, and access layers

• Drive ETL modernization and transformation of legacy data workloads to scalable cloud solutions

• Partner with engineering and product teams to align architecture with platform and business goals

• Establish best practices for scalability, performance, security, and compliance

• Provide technical leadership and guide key architectural decisions across teams

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $96,800 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
