Chief Compliance Officer
JOB SUMMARY
The Chief Compliance Officer (CCO), as directed by the Agency’s Chief Executive Officer, will be responsible for
overseeing the Corporate Compliance Program, functioning as an independent and objective body that reviews and
evaluates compliance issues/concerns within the Agency. The position ensures that the Board of Directors, management
and employees are in compliance with the rules and regulations of regulatory agencies, that agency policies and
procedures are being followed, and that behavior in the agency meets the agency’s Code of Conduct.
The Chief Compliance officer reports to the Chief Executive Officer and is a direct report to the Board of Directors.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree (e.g., Healthcare Administration, Public Administration, Law)
strongly preferred - Minimum 7–10 years of progressive compliance, legal, or regulatory experience in healthcare or human services
- Direct experience in I/DD services, Medicaid-funded programs, or HCBS strongly preferred
- Deep knowledge of Medicaid regulations, CMS guidance, and state oversight requirements
- Familiarity with OIG (Office of the Inspector General )compliance program guidance and fraud, waste, and abuse
prevention - Strong investigative, analytical, and risk management skills
- Ability to translate complex regulations into operational practices for frontline staff
- Excellent communication skills
- Drive data informed change
- Analyze and interpret professional research and government requirements to set standards and improve service
delivery. - Superior written, oral, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Display high degree of judgment, discretion and confidentiality

Full-Time / 40 hours per week
Annual Salary Range: $152,000 – $162,000
