**Role Summary**
JMO Communications is seeking a highly organized, analytical, and research-driven **Project Management Associate**. This is not a traditional clerical or "data entry" position. We are looking for a professional with a deep administrative background who can serve as the backbone of our business development and project management operations. The ideal candidate does more than manage a calendar; they review complex situations, analyze needs, conduct thorough research, and provide high-level executive assistance to ensure our team and departments operate at peak efficiency.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Strategic Research & Business Development**
* **Target Identification:** Conduct extensive, methodology-driven research to identify potential B2B clients, stakeholders, and industry partners aligned with specific company projects.
* **Data Enrichment:** Go beyond basic contact lists. You will analyze recent company news, investigate key decision-makers’ professional backgrounds, and identify organizational pain points to help tailor our outreach.
* **Market Mapping:** Monitor industry trends and competitor activity, translating raw data into actionable insights for the Sales and Marketing teams.
**Executive & Administrative Assistance**
* **Situation Analysis:** Review incoming requests and project briefs to determine necessary next steps, identifying gaps in information before they become bottlenecks.
* **Departmental Support:** Provide comprehensive executive assistance to team members, ensuring project management workflows remain on track.
* **Information Management:** Create and maintain thorough documentation, research briefs, and reports that inform our strategic decision-making.
**Qualifications & Skills**
* **Experience:** 3–5 years of experience in a high-level administrative, executive assistant, or sales support role—specifically within a Sales or Marketing environment.
* **Research Prowess:** Proven ability to perform "deep dives" using specialized industry databases, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other intelligence tools.
* **Analytical Mindset:** You are able to look at a project or a potential client and "connect the dots" regarding their needs and our solutions.
* **Technical Proficiency:** Expert-level command of Google Workspace and Microsoft 365\. Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, ClickUp, or Monday.com) and CRM platforms is required.
* **Communication:** Exceptional writing skills with the ability to summarize complex research into concise executive briefings.
