Receptionist
Our client is a financial advisory firm seeking a personable and professional Receptionist to manage their front desk in the Financial District. This role is the face of the company and sets the tone for every client and visitor interaction.
You'll greet guests, manage a busy phone system, coordinate meeting rooms, and provide administrative support to the team.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor
- Answer and direct incoming calls on a multi-line phone system
- Manage conference room bookings and prepare meeting spaces
- Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing and data entry
- Coordinate catering and refreshments for client meetings
- Support office operations and help where needed
Requirements
- 6+ months of experience in a receptionist or front desk role
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- High school diploma required; associate's degree a plus
