MENTAL HEALTH THERAPIST - Remote

About the Role

As a Mental Health Therapist, you will conduct intakes, assessments, and therapy sessions, all while maintaining accurate documentation. Whether you specialize in individual, group, or family therapy, your expertise will help clients achieve meaningful progress on their mental health journey.

What You'll Do

Deliver evidence-based therapy to individuals across a range of mental health needs.

Conduct intakes, individual sessions, and group or family therapy (when applicable).

Provide assessments, counseling, and referrals as needed.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with state and federal guidelines.

Offer mental health services primarily via secure telehealth platforms.

What We're Looking For

Licensure: LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in New York, Massachusetts, or Washington.

Education: Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.

Experience: 1+ year in one or more of the following areas:

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)

Evidence-Based Practices

Telehealth or outpatient therapy experience

Working with individuals, families, adolescents, and adults

Bilingual (Spanish) candidates encouraged to apply!
