Inside Sales Coordinator - Remote

Position Overview:
As an Inside Sales Coordinator, you'll play an integral role in supporting our Sales Team by handling a variety of administrative tasks. Reporting to the Director of Sales, your primary focus will be assisting with processing and inputting Trade Account applications, managing inbound inquiries, and supporting Account Executives with order processing for non-revenue generating requests. Your contributions will help free up time for Account Executives to focus on business development and provide enhanced service to existing clients. Key Responsibilities:

Trade Account Applications: Input new Trade Account applications into our system and notify Account Executives once the account is ready for outreach.
Customer Inquiries: Respond to general inquiries submitted through our website's contact form, email, or phone calls, and direct clients to the appropriate Account Executive or department.
Order Processing Support: Process non-revenue generating orders, such as samples, swatches, photoshoots, hospitality donations, and more, ensuring smooth and accurate order entry.
Product Availability: Cross-check product availability for specific event dates, especially for sample orders, to ensure timely fulfillment.
Inventory Requests: If needed, submit Inventory Addition Requests (IARs) to the production team.
Communication with Account Executives: Keep Account Executives informed of order status, product availability, and any relevant details for submission to clients.
Daily Reports: Run the daily Balance Report and process balances due for all orders with a current Final Date for Changes, ensuring clients receive receipts and paid invoice proofs.

What You'll Need:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Minimum 2 years of experience in the Event or Hospitality industry, particularly in Sales, Administration, or Accounting.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to interpret business documents and calculate discounts, percentages, and other figures.
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
Proficiency in IntelliEvent or similar software and experience with CRM systems and order management tools.
Eagerness to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
