Summary

Provide nurturing care and education to infants, focusing on their developmental needs in a safe and stimulating environment.

Duties

• Foster a learning environment that stimulates child growth and development
• Ensure a clean and healthy classroom atmosphere
• Adhere to individualized infant schedules (ex: feeding, diapering)
• Complete student observations, assessments, and daily documentation.
• Attend regularly scheduled professional development and staff training sessions

Requirements

• CDA certification in Infant Toddler orAssociate's or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or NYS Certification (Birth through Grade 2)
• 2 years of working experience in childcare, including at least 1 year in a lead teacher role.
