The Senior Director of Operations ("SDO") is a dynamic leader who is responsible for ensuring that the school achieves its operational goals each year. As a result, the SDO works closely with the CEO to implement a defined operational model that is designed to ensure that Enterprise students and staff are provided with the comprehensive support services necessary to thrive. The SDO is primarily responsible for ensuring that the school demonstrates success on four benchmarks of the NYSED Charter School Performance Framework: (4) financial condition; (5) financial management; (9) enrollment, recruitment and retention; and (10) legal compliance. In addition, the SDO is responsible for providing effective operational leadership that supports instructional staff members to help students achieve their goals. The SDO also partners with the Principal to ensure that the school is able to demonstrate success across all benchmarks of the NYSED Charter School Performance Framework.
