Position: SVP, Creator Marketing (Influencer Marketing)

Role Overview

This person will serve as the senior integrated lead across influencer and creator marketing campaigns for a large consumer retail brand. The role is approximately:

• 50% team oversight/management
• 50% integrated campaign leadership

The hire will manage a team of 8 junior staff members (Directors Account Supervisors) while partnering closely with strategy, creative, digital, earned, and measurement teams.

This is a highly client-facing role requiring strong agency navigation skills, executive presence, and the ability to move quickly within a fast-paced integrated environment.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead integrated influencer campaigns for a national consumer brand
• Oversee junior team execution and workflow management
• Coordinate with talent partnerships
• Partner cross-functionally with digital, earned, creative, strategy, and analytics teams
• Drive influencer planning, pricing, execution, and campaign delivery
• Support nimble, culturally relevant activations and rapid-turn initiatives

Must-Haves

• 10 years of influencer/creator marketing experience
• Strong integrated agency background
• Enterprise-level consumer campaign experience
• Proven client-facing leadership experience
• Team management/direct report experience
• Ability to both lead strategically and execute hands-on when needed
• Experience working within fully integrated account structures
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Self-sufficient and highly collaborative
