Shift: Various – must be available to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
Pay Rate: The pay rate for this role is $29.6447-$39.1929 per hour and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.
Union Position: This position is part of the Local 6 Union which requires complete open availability . We are not able to accommodate schedule restrictions and full-time hours are not guaranteed. Hours and schedule are based on seniority and business needs and may be minimal at times until seniority is established. You must be comfortable with a schedule and hours that may vary from week to week.
What will I be doing?
As a Linen and Laundry Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all linens are transported and processed to the highest standards, supporting the hotel’s commitment to providing exceptional guest service. You will manage the flow of clean and soiled linens between various areas of the hotel, while maintaining meticulous attention to detail in the handling and care of linens. Your role will be instrumental in ensuring that inventory levels are maintained and coordinating laundry pickups, contributing to the seamless operations of our luxury hotel. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Transport linens and laundry between designated hotel areas, ensuring careful handling of all items.
- Maintain inventory of linens, ensuring proper stock levels and keeping accurate records of items in circulation.
- Schedule and coordinate laundry and linen pickups with the designated laundry service provider, ensuring timely collection and delivery of clean linens.
- Perform light in-house laundry duties, including the washing, drying, folding, and storing of items as required.
- Ensure the quality and cleanliness of all linens, conducting thorough inspections to maintain the pristine appearance of the hotel’s linen supply.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry and storage areas, ensuring all equipment and supplies are in good working condition.
- Respond to any guest service issues related to linens in a timely, professional, and efficient manner, maintaining the hotel’s high standards of service.

- Physical stamina, with the ability to push, pull and lift heavy objects
- Excellent organizational skills to manage linen inventory and ensure cleanliness and efficiency in the laundry and storage areas.
- A proactive attitude, with the ability to anticipate needs and maintain smooth operations throughout the hotel.
- A great personality with the ability to work effectively with others in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
