THE ROLE

Lead and inspire a high-performing team to deliver an elevated luxury client experience Drive boutique sales performance while taking full ownership of commercial results and KPIs Develop a strong clienteling culture, building long-term relationships with VIP and local clientele Recruit, coach, and develop a passionate team through hands-on leadership and performance management Ensure the highest standards of visual merchandising, operational excellence, and brand presentation Partner with senior leadership on business strategy, client events, and local market opportunities Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and exceptional service while acting as the face of the boutique

PERSONAL PROFILE

5+ years of luxury retail leadership experience, ideally within ready-to-wear, tailoring, or premium fashion Proven track record of delivering strong sales results and leading high-performing teams Passion for luxury fashion, craftsmanship, and creating exceptional client experiences Strong clienteling skills with experience cultivating VIP and repeat business Commercially minded with confidence analyzing KPIs and driving business performance Inspirational leader with excellent communication, coaching, and organizational skills Professional, polished, and passionate about delivering best-in-class service
