Occupational Therapist - Travel Contract

Make a meaningful difference as a travel Occupational Therapist in New York, NY. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients in a skilled nursing facility with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve their daily skills while exploring a new location.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active NY State Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred.
• Experience with ADL training, durable medical equipment, and discharge planning preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior travel therapy experience preferred.
• Experience with electronic medical records preferred.
