• Provide daily assistance with a passion for helping people with physical and/or mental disabilities live a more fulfilled and happy life and gain independence.
• Encourage individuals’ preferred hobbies, interests & self-determined choices.
• Help with activities of daily living, including socialization, communication, exercise, socialization, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Facilitate participation in community activities and skill development programs.
• Implement care plans & goals, track progress, and report findings to superiors.

We require:

• High School Diploma
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Experience working with people with developmental disabilities is preferred
