- Work closely with the production manager throughout the development process to ensure development and production timelines are met.
- Produce detailed tech packs and follow through the entire development of the product from the initial line to final pre-production samples.
- Daily follow up with factories on tech pack creation/revision/review and submit approvals.
- Review and approve lab dips and strike-off submits.
- Interact with sales team to discuss design ideas
- Sketching CADs in Illustrator and Filling sketches with Prints and solids.
- Bachelors degree in Fashion or related area
- Knowledge of fashion trends and general trends in color, fabric, and style.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the team under critical time frames.
- Proficient in Adobe Suite (Illustrator & Photoshop).
Energetic, Motivated, Dedicated, Reliable - 2+ year experience in fashion files
