Host
Lulla, the restaurant at Motto Chelsea is looking to add vibrant hosts to our team. Lulla is an Italian-inspired restaurant serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner. This is a role for outgoing people who want to engage with interesting guests and team members alike. The host position is responsible for the following tasks:
- Welcoming and seating guests with detailed explanations about our restaurant and ordering systems.
- Helping management plan the shift by arranging the seating for upcoming reservations.
- Reaching out to confirm reservations.
- Helping keep our spaces clean and welcoming to ensure new guests enjoy a warm environment.
- Supporting servers and bartenders by sharing knowledge of the tables.
- Setting up the floor with the team &/or breaking it down and the end of the shift.
- Menu cleanliness.
