Sales Advisor | Hudson Yards

Our client, a European fashion brand , is seeking a Sales Advisor to join the team at their NYC location. Candidates must be able to work a full-time retail schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Job Duties Include:

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients through consistent outreach
• Capture customer information to utilize for follow-up contact
• Manage client book including responding to inquiries and following up regarding shopping experience
• Achieve and exceed sales and productivity goals
• Support in maximizing efficiency in executing standard in-store operation including daily replenishment and processing of seasonal markdowns
• Leverage internal systems to conduct business analysis and keep store and individual KPIs
• Assist in maintenance of visual and housekeeping standards of the store
• Operate POS system, conduct email, opening and closing procedures
• Additional duties as needed and assigned

Job Qualifications Include:

• High School graduate or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in customer service and contemporary fashion retail industry preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to speak additional languages such as Mandarin, Russian, or Arabic is a plus
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, holidays and weekends
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to lift up to 20lbs & stand for duration of shift
• Additional duties as needed and assigned

Salary: Up to $25/hr + commission
