Project Manager (Roadways)
Job Summary
We are seeking an ambitious Project Manager to join a high-profile airport project in Queens, NY. The Project Manager will be responsible for
managing scope, schedule, and budget for assigned landside projects, while supporting the Program Manager and Program Management Team.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Supports the Program Manager in delivery of assigned projects.
- Manages project-related scope, schedule, and budget activities.
- Coordinates with internal and external project stakeholders concerning project details and deliverables.
- Supports development of presentations and program materials.
- Coordinates project tasks and deliverables and tracks them to completion.
- Coordinates schedules and meetings, including preparation of materials, documentation of key decisions, and follow-up on action items.
- Provides reporting support as needed.
- Maintains project records in accordance with program requirements.
- Demonstrates awareness of the political environment and program sensitivities.
- Carries out other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- 4- 10 years of relevant project management experience working on civil, roadway, highway or related infrastructure projects.
- Experience working on large scale projects and/or complex capital projects.
- Experience working with NYC MTA, New York City and State public agencies a plus
- Experience with PANYNJ is preferred.
- Aviation construction experience a plus.
Salary: $150,000 - $185,000
