Lead Line Cook
Vinegar Hill House is looking for a seasoned line cook to join our team and work a combination of weeknight and weekend shifts.
We are a small farm-to-table restaurant with a natural wine list located in the Vinegar Hill neighborhood on the Brooklyn waterfront. Candidate requirements:2 years line cooking experience.
MUST BE ABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS
Reliable
Expediting experience
Ability to ask questions
Strong desire to learn about seasonal cooking
Work well with others
Minimum menu Development
$23-$26 per hour commensurate with experience.
