Production & Development Associate
- Manage day to day communication with New York based factories and production partners
- Track production timelines from sample development through final delivery
- Support the development process including samples, fittings, and revisions
- Coordinate production schedules with factories to ensure timely completion
- Organize and maintain production materials including fabrics, trims, and patterns
- Monitor small batch production runs and assist with reorder quantities when needed
- Maintain production documents including style sheets, specifications, and delivery schedules
- Assist with quality control to ensure garments meet brand standards
- Work closely with the design team to ensure production details are executed correctly
- 2 to 5 years of experience in apparel production, product development, or sample room management
- Experience working with New York garment district factories preferred
- Comfortable working in factory and production environments on a daily basis
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Highly detail oriented with the ability to track multiple styles and production timelines
- Strong communication skills and comfort coordinating with factories and vendors
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
- Interest in luxury fashion and high quality garment production
- Ability to work in person in New York City
