Role & Responsibilities
The Client Service Associate is a part-time position that serves as an important point of contact for both clients and advisors, ensuring seamless service, operational accuracy, and a welcoming environment.
Client Experience & Office Support
Create a welcoming and professional office environment by greeting guests, answering incoming calls, directing visitors, and managing messages.
Respond to requests from existing clients and ensure timely follow-up to maintain strong client relationships.
Coordinate and schedule client meetings as needed.
Advisor & Client Support
Provide high-level administrative and operational support to financial advisors by proactively managing service requests and resolving client matters efficiently.
Assist with the preparation and breakdown of client meetings and related materials.
Handle sensitive or escalated matters with professionalism, discretion, and a client-first mindset.
Account Management & Operations
Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients and assist with account transitions while ensuring accuracy, professionalism, and regulatory compliance.
Manage and review account openings, transfers, updates, and closures with a strong attention to detail.
Process and monitor financial transactions such as wires, required minimum distributions (RMDs), journals, and client distributions, ensuring proper documentation and compliance procedures are followed.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records within the firm’s CRM system.

Skills & Qualifications
Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred .
2–3+ years of client service experience in financial services preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive matters with professionalism and tact.
Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor that fosters positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities independently.
Demonstrated commitment to professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion.
Familiarity with CRM systems preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams).
