About the role:

We’re hiring a full stack software engineer to join the Dash Team at GovDash. Dash is our AI teammate that orchestrates sub-agents to solve customers’ hardest and most mundane problems. It powers custom, ad-hoc automations that research, write, analyze, and execute work directly inside customer workflows.

In this role, you’ll:

• Build and scale Dash’s orchestration layer to coordinate many smaller AI agents.

• Develop agents that autonomously execute workflows on behalf of users.

• Build data retrieval pipelines using embeddings to search and reason across thousands of documents.

• Create custom research and document flows that generate business papers.

• Enhance scraping pipelines to surface precise, actionable insights.

• Develop the Word Assistant, a Microsoft add-in that embeds Dash directly into Word.

• Own projects end-to-end with a relentless focus on customer experience.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong full stack development skills with TypeScript/Node.js.

• Ability to work across front-end and back-end systems.

• Obsession with customer experience and ownership mentality.

• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.

• Experience or strong interest in LLMs, embeddings, and agent-based systems.

• Bonus: knowledge of government contracting.
