Office Assistant
Miller’s Sewer & Drains is looking for a full-time office team member to help support our busy plumbing, sewer, and drain service company. This position plays an important role in keeping our daily operations organized and running smoothly.
We are looking for someone who is organized, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and assist customers
- Schedule service calls and coordinate technician routes
- Enter customer information and job details into the system
- Communicate with technicians throughout the day
- Assist with invoices and basic office paperwork
- Help maintain organization in a busy office environment
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to stay organized and multitask
- Reliable and professional attitude
- Office experience is a plus but not required
Schedule
Monday – Friday
