Bartender

We are seeking passionate, full-time Bartenders to join our growing team!

Opened in February 2026, Giulietta is a sunny, casual all-day Italian restaurant with over 275 indoor seats and 100 seats outside. Inspired by relaxed summers on the Mediterranean, the restaurant will have something for everyone, offering the business people, tourists and residents of Midtown a transporting oasis in the heart of the hustle and bustle of Grand Central. The seasonal outdoor Aperitivo bar and garden with seating for over 150 guests, serving a variety of aperitivo based cocktails, frozen drinks, pizza and small bites. A presto!

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent service to our guests, building rapport with regulars and balancing efficiency and hospitality
• Manage high-volume bar service while maintaining speed, quality, and consistency
• Uphold organized bar operations by restocking liquor, beer, garnishes, and glassware throughout service, ensuring smooth workflow and preventing slowdowns during busy shifts
• Maintain food and beverage menu knowledge, including awareness of allergens and dietary restrictions
• Complete shift sidework and uphold restaurant cleanliness
• Communicate professionally and work in a collaborative environment with management and coworkers

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of bartending experience
• A passion for hospitality and food and beverage
• Working knowledge of POS systems
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift wine cases (up to 50 lbs)
• Ability to perform essential job functions when working in a high business volume, fast-paced environment
• Ability to walk, stand, and/or bend continuously and for extended periods of time as required to perform essential job functions
• Able to lift 35+ lbs.
• Able to work nights, weekends and holidays, and variable schedule, per the needs of the business
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Working proficiency of written and spoken English

*Please be advised, the hourly rate is $17.00 per hour less a $5.65 tip credit.
