ATE Lead
Job Description
The At-the-Elbow (ATE) Lead provides direct, at-the-elbow support to end users during go-live while serving as the first line of escalation and support for a designated team of ATE Super Users. This role bridges front-line user support and centralized program coordination, helping ensure rapid issue resolution and consistent support delivery.

Skills and Requirements
Provide hands-on ATE support to end users during go-live and periods of high change
Serve as the primary escalation point for ATE Super Users, assisting with issue triage, troubleshooting, and resolution
Monitor support trends and recurring issues, escalating risks and systemic concerns to the ATE Project Lead
Coach and support ATE Super Users to ensure consistent guidance and adherence to established workflows
Partner closely with the ATE Project Lead and IG Delivery Leader to support go-live stability and execution
Maintain real-time awareness of change impacts, user challenges, and operational risks within assigned areas
This role enables effective front-line execution by supporting end users and Super Users directly while ensuring issues are escalated, communicated, and addressed efficiently during go-live.
