As the first person the clients meet, the Client Experience Coordinator ensures every individual feels respected, welcomed, and cared for from the very first interaction. This is a full-time, entry-level position and the best starting point for someone looking to build a professional career in a law firm environment. No legal background is required — what matters most is your personality, professionalism, and organizational skills. We’ll teach you the rest. The Client Experience Coordinator is the welcoming face and voice of the firm, helping create a smooth, reassuring client journey while keeping the front office organized and running efficiently. Responsibilities: • Warmly greet and assist visitors, clients, and colleagues, ensuring they feel welcome and valued. • Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails with professionalism and care. • Schedule appointments and keep calendars accurate and up to date. • Support office operations with data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks. • Ensure the reception and client areas are clean, organized, and presentable at all times. • Use Microsoft Word and Excel to complete basic office tasks (letters, spreadsheets, checklists, etc.). • Work within the firm’s CRM system to keep client information accurate and up to date. Qualifications: • Professional presence and voice – you are both the face and the voice of the firm, and you ensure the client environment reflects that professionalism. • Friendly communicator – you listen with empathy and respond with sincerity, whether in person or over the phone. • Organized and detail-oriented – you can manage multiple interruptions while staying on track. • Dependable and personable – clients and colleagues can count on you to show up and follow through. • Comfortable with Microsoft Word and Excel. • Able to learn and use CRM software effectively (training provided). • Prior office or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
