Marketing Sales Representative

The Marketing/Social Media Specialist's primary duty is responsible for assisting in the planning and execution of brand enhancing promotions and events that support the company's business objectives to deliver business and return on investment through flawless execution and superior customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Help in outbound and inbound marketing and sales activities by displaying expertise in certain areas such as events planning, advertising, optimization and content development.
- Responsible for the management and implementation of all social media, including but not limited to creative development, production, workflow, media planning, website, and strategic plan development for all digital and social media.
- Monitors and updates messaging on digital platforms including websites, mobile app and social pages.
- Responsible for maintaining digital and social media advertising budgets.
- Assists in the development, coordination and execution of day-to-day marketing tasks including, but not limited to Advertising, promotions, and special events.
- Create and communicate about the company through the website, social media, and email marketing.
Qualifications:
- Strong desire to take accountability and have their performance measured on contribution to business results.
- Excellent communication skills required
- Ability to remain professional in stressful situations and the ability to thrive in high pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word Press and Adobe preferred.
Education & Experience:
- A degree in hospitality, restaurant management or hotel
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational experience desired.
1-3 years of relevant experience working in a comparable marketing capacity. * Outstanding organization skills are a must, as is the ability to actively manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Sit and/or stand for long periods.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $44,440.41 - $53,519.64 per year
