We are looking for a strong, organized, and professional leader to manage daily salon operations and support front desk responsibilities.
This role requires discipline, leadership, and accountability.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations and team performance
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional environment
- Enforce salon standards and protocols
- Support front desk (appointments, client communication, check-in/out)
- Handle client situations with professionalism
- Ensure the salon runs smoothly every day
Requirements
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Ability to manage people and maintain structure
- Experience in salon or customer service preferred
