📍 Location: Brooklyn, NY
🕘 Schedule: Monday – Thursday (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM) and Friday (9AM-2PM)
💲 Pay: $20 – $25 per hour (based on experience)
💵 Weekly Pay – Every Thursday

Our clients depend on us to provide quality professionals including Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Aides, RRTs (Registered Respiratory Therapists), and other healthcare staff. Your work directly helps facilities stay fully staffed and ensures patient care continues without interruption.

What You’ll Do

• Source, screen, and recruit healthcare professionals
• Conduct phone interviews and coordinate onboarding
• Communicate with candidates regarding job placements and scheduling
• Maintain strong relationships with existing candidates
• Post job ads and actively search for qualified talent
• Work closely with team members to meet client staffing needs
• Make quick, thoughtful decisions in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of recruiting experience in an agency setting (required)
• Experience recruiting healthcare professionals is a strong plus
• Excellent communication skills (phone, email, in-person)
• Ability to work independently and make small decisions confidently
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced office setting
