What this job involves: This role supports the Facility Manager in delivering comprehensive property operations and maintenance services while building strong client relationships. You'll assist with day-to-day facility management operations, ensure compliance with company standards, and help maintain high levels of customer satisfaction across all facility services.

Your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Assist in delivering facility management services including customer service, financial management, and facility maintenance operations
• Maintain and develop client relationships with key representatives to support their corporate real estate objectives
• Monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) monthly and identify potential challenges to plan corrective actions
• Support work order management for in-house staff and vendors as necessary
• Coordinate facility soft services such as meeting preparation, conference room reservations, food services, parking, and badging
• Ensure compliance with JLL audit standards, operational policies, and local codes and regulations
• Implement and monitor hazard control and safety practices across the facility
• Collaborate with account teams to drive development and implementation of integrated facility management best practices
• Support KPI monitoring and reporting to meet or exceed site performance indicators

Desired experience and technical skills:

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 2 years of industry experience in corporate environment, third-party service provider, or consulting
• Excellent customer service and communication skills (verbal and written)
• Strong computer and managerial skills
• Ability to multi-task and effectively organize responsibilities to achieve portfolio goals
• Basic knowledge of building systems including mechanical and electrical systems

Preferred:

• Experience with facility management software and work order systems
• Knowledge of compliance requirements and safety regulations
• Previous experience in client relationship management
• Understanding of integrated facility management best practices

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
