Pay Rate - $19.00 per hour
Qualifications
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Warm personality with strong communication expertise
Job Responsibilities (including but not limited to)
»Fielding and directing incoming calls to the appropriate staff member
»Filing, copying, and faxing of sensitive information
»Greeting visitors and directing accordingly
»Scheduling appointments/meetings/tours/evaluations as directed
»Mail distribution, flow of correspondence, and data entry
