Duties Description Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:- Manage SST and OSHA training logistics, including tracking documentation in specialized spreadsheets, escorting students, and printing official Worker Wallet Cards.- Support Code Rule 59 operations by updating citation statuses, processing noncompliance letters, and managing return receipts. - Ensure organizational resilience through the NYSIF Continuity portal as the Primary Bold Continuity Planner. - Handle essential reporting and communication, oversee the Risk Control mailbox, produce monthly statistics, and file Project Sunlight reports. - Ensure performance evaluations are submitted timely and manage the Oracle Procurement process. - Review the Zywave and DOB websites for updates the SST and communicate them to staff.- Coordinate Safety Group meeting attendance and process requests from RCCs (DVD, binding, etc.). - Maintain the operational integrity of the department's 2025 initiatives, ensuring all regional and statewide safety goals.

Minimum Qualifications - One year of permanent, competitive class service in a title eligible for transfer under Section 70.1 of Civil Service Law. Eligible titles include, but are not limited to: Administrative Assistant 1, Business Document Specialist 2, Motor Vehicle Consumer Services Representative 1, Licensing Examiner 1, Taxpayer Services Representative 1, Program Aide, Payroll Examiner 1; OR- Four years of customer service experience that required independence in both verbal and written communication responsibilities; OR - Associates degree or higher and two years of customer service experience that required independence in both verbal and written communication responsibilities.
