Overview
We are looking for a courteous and dependable Front Desk Executive / Receptionist to join our team. In this role, you will support the Guest Service team in ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process while delivering excellent service to all guests.
Responsibilities
- Support Guest Service Agents and Front Office staff with guest arrivals and departures
- Handle guest questions and requests promptly, professionally, and efficiently
- Offer clear directions and recommendations for local attractions and destinations
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel services, facilities, events, and nearby points of interest
- Communicate accurate information to guests and team members
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across departments to ensure seamless operations
- Contribute to a welcoming and positive environment for both guests and staff
