What You’ll Tackle

• Perform routine service and corrective repairs on industrial machinery and support equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues to restore optimal performance.
• Inspect systems regularly, identify emerging issues, and execute preventive measures.
• Document all maintenance activities and repair histories with accuracy.
• Partner with cross-functional teammates to boost uptime, efficiency, and safety.
• Assist with the installation and commissioning of new equipment as needed.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent; a technical degree/certification in industrial maintenance is a plus.
• Hands-on experience in industrial maintenance or a closely related trade.
• Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, prints, and schematics.
• Strong diagnostic mindset and attention to detail.
• Clear communication skills and a team-first approach.
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
