Summer Internship - Media Planning

Overview About this Position: We’re passionate about helping develop emerging talent in the advertising industry. Our internship program will immerse you in our creative, collaborative company culture and give you a hands-on introduction to working at an advertising agency. You’ll be a valued team member and work on meaningful projects while getting great mentorship and training throughout the summer. Take it from one of our former interns who said - “10/10 experience. - 4 day work week (32 hours) Monday - Thursday (off on Fridays!)
- Hybrid program - 3 days a week in office so you’ll need to be located in the city of your internship for the summer
- Open to college juniors, seniors (graduating in 2026 and 2027), and recent grads
- Learn the fundamentals of media planning, negotiating, and implementing media campaigns across different disciplines
- Gain exposure to numerous departments at Team One – learn each department’s roles and responsibilities
- Ensure teams are prepared for internal and external meetings, coordinate meetings, follow-up on outstanding items, assist team with reports
- Manage and update competitive decks, research materials, digital media maintenance
- Attend vendor meetings
- Passion for the marketing / advertising industry

- We have a hybrid work schedule (3 days a week in office / 2 days from wherever your heart desires).

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
