Adobe Business Architect

Our major financial client is seeking an Adobe Business Architect for a 6 month assignment with potential to extend for the right fit. Adobe Business Architect designs and leads enterprise-scale digital experience platforms that connect marketing operations, data, content, and customer journeys. This role blends deep Adobe ecosystem expertise with business strategy, experience architecture, and cross-functional leadership to drive measurable outcomes across conversion, engagement, retention, and ROI.The BasicsDuration: 6 months, potential to extendHours per Week: Approximately 40 hours per weekLocation: Hybrid: in NYC or Phoenix, AZTop 3 Required Qualifications * Deep expertise architecting solutions across Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Workfront, and Customer Journey Analytics * Strong experience designing end-to-end digital experience and marketing technology architectures aligned to business KPIs * Proven ability to lead stakeholders, facilitate solution design workshops, and translate business needs into scalable technical strategiesOther QualificationsExperience integrating frontend frameworks such as React or Next.js with enterprise CMS and data platformsStrong understanding of customer data models, identity resolution, governance, and real-time activationHands-on experience with AI-driven marketing, personalization, or decisioning solutionsComfort working across business, marketing, data, and engineering teams in large, complex environmentsAbility to define standards, mentor teams, and influence architectural best practicesKey Responsibilities * Partner with business stakeholders to define customer experience strategies and transformation roadmaps * Design and document end-to-end experience architectures across marketing, content, data, and journey orchestration * Architect and integrate Adobe platform solutions, including data flows, schemas, identity strategies, and governance models * Ensure effective use of real-time profiles, segmentation, activation, and measurement capabilities * Guide frontend architecture and ensure seamless integration with backend Adobe platforms * Design and implement agentic AI-driven workflows for optimization, personalization, and journey orchestration * Establish governance frameworks for AI transparency, accuracy, and ethical use * Architect unified data models supporting a 360-degree customer view and closed-loop measurement * Lead solution design workshops, executive presentations, and cross-functional collaboration effortsIn this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
