Senior Product Operations Manager

We are looking for a Senior Product Operations Manager to join our Product team. You will be a key partner in helping scale our product development function as we continue to grow our public safety platform. This is a high impact role that ensures discipline in execution, ensuring operational rigor across multiple product lines, readiness for launch, and rigor in monetization , all while keeping the broader product organization operating smoothly and strategically.

What You'll Do

• Established stage-gate processes and review cadences to drive alignment and accountability across teams
• Partnered with cross-functional stakeholders to refine and improve the product development process while ensuring clear ownership and follow-through
• Presented recommendations and insights directly to senior leadership, driving alignment on strategic priorities
• Created dashboards to track product OKRs and provided insights to leadership

Our team is remote-friendly, and this role can be based anywhere in our list of approved U.S. states. We also have offices in New York City and Boston for those who prefer a hybrid or in-office setup.
