THE ROLE:
The Engineer is responsible for the repair of all HVAC, refrigeration, water features, plumbing, electrical, irrigation, FLSD, electrical and mechanical equipment/systems. Respond and monitor all guest rooms and public spaces, equipment, and PM programs to ensure the reliability, safety, and comfort of all staff and guests.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Conduct room Preventative Maintenance on all hotel rooms, building and equipment.
- Assist guests as needed.
- Assist with security and safety checks for the property through visual checks.
- Building walk-thru
- Ability to use service ticket app, ALICE.
- Follow supervisor's instructions and complete other duties as directed or assigned.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR:
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service.
- High school graduate preferred.
- 2 years previous maintenance experience.
- Will be required to work day and/or evening shifts, overnight, both weekdays and weekends.
- Fire & Life Safety Director required.
- HVAC, boiler, sprinkler maintenance certification preferred.
