entertainment in New York City.

Position Overview <\/b>
<\/p>

Pacha New York is seeking an experienced Finance & Purchasing Manager to oversee financial controls, accounts payable operations, procurement activities, and vendor management, ensuring strong cost discipline, operational efficiency, and compliance with company financial policies.
<\/p>

This role acts as a key business partner to operational departments, supporting budgeting, cost control, and purchasing strategy while ensuring timely vendor payments, effective contract management, and accurate financial reporting. The position requires a hands -on professional who can balance finance and procurement responsibilities in a fast -paced, high -volume hospitality and entertainment environment.

Key Responsibilities <\/b>
<\/p>

  • Oversee accounts payable,
    vendor payments, and purchasing controls
    <\/span><\/li>
  • <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Review vendor ageing and
    manage payment submissions through banking portals
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Manage procurement
    lifecycle including sourcing, vendor negotiations, contracts, rebates, and
    sponsorship programmes
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Maintain preferred supplier
    lists and monitor vendor performance
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Support budgeting, cost
    tracking, inventory reviews, and month -end financial processes
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Prepare cost and purchasing
    reports to support operational and leadership decision -making
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Identify cost -saving
    opportunities and support continuous improvement of purchasing and finance
    processes
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Ensure compliance with
    company financial policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Support procurement and
    finance operations using ERP platforms such as SAP S/4HANA (preferred)
    <\/span><\/li><\/ul>

    What We're Looking For <\/b>
    <\/p>

    • 5+ years of experience in
      finance, purchasing, procurement, or accounts payable roles, preferably in
      hospitality, nightlife, or high -volume operational environments
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Experience managing vendor
      contracts, purchasing processes, and payment workflows
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Strong financial,
      analytical, and organisational skills
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Proven experience
      supporting budgeting, cost control, or financial reporting processes
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Proficiency in Excel and
      financial or ERP systems; SAP S/4HANA experience preferred
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Strong stakeholder
      management, negotiation, and vendor relationship management capabilities
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Ability to work in a
      fast -paced, deadline -driven operational environment
      <\/span><\/li><\/ul>

      Benefits Overview <\/b>
      <\/p>

      Eligible employees may receive comprehensive benefits
      including medical, dental, and vision insurance; paid time off; company

      Salary Range: <\/b> USD 95,000 – 105,000 per year
      (Final compensation determined based on experience, skills, and internal
      equity)
