Remote Guest Services Representative
Role Overview
We are seeking a customer-focused Remote Guest Services Representative to support our travel advisory team. In this role, you will assist clients with travel research, coordinate reservations, and ensure all booking details are accurate and complete. Key Responsibilities

Assist clients with itinerary planning and travel arrangements

Research, compare, and confirm reservation options using approved booking systems

Manage booking updates, changes, and service-related inquiries in a timely manner
