Senior AI Software Engineer - Level II

About the Role
<\/h3>

In this role, you will:
<\/p>

• Design and implement advanced AI systems, including multi\-component pipelines, Retrieval\-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures, and custom AI agents
  <\/p><\/li>
  
  

• Ensure system quality, reliability, and compliance through strong testing frameworks, monitoring solutions, and responsible AI practices
  <\/p><\/li>
  
  

• Proactively identify risks and performance issues, making data\-driven recommendations and implementing corrective actions
  <\/p><\/li>
  
  

• Collaborate with cross\-functional partners across Product, UX, and Data\/Science teams to align AI capabilities with business objectives
  <\/p><\/li>
  
  

• Lead and execute proof\-of\-concepts (POCs) to evaluate emerging technologies and innovative AI use cases
  <\/p><\/li>
  
  

• Review existing systems and recommend improvements to scalability, performance, and overall architecture
  <\/p><\/li>
  
  

• Stay current with evolving AI technologies and promote continuous learning and adoption across the team
  <\/p><\/li>

  Required Qualifications
  <\/h3>
  
  

  
  

  • 5+ years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years focused on AI\/ML
    <\/p><\/li>
    
    

  • Strong proficiency in Python, with experience building web applications, distributed systems, and APIs
    <\/p><\/li>
    
    

  • Hands\-on experience with AI\/ML frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow
    <\/p><\/li>
    
    

  • Deep understanding of AI systems, including RAG architectures, AI agents, and agent\-based systems
    <\/p><\/li>
    
    

  • Experience integrating AI models into production environments using APIs and data pipelines
    <\/p><\/li>
    
    

  • Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, and search\-based AI solutions
    <\/p><\/li>
    
    

  • Strong knowledge of machine learning fundamentals, model evaluation, system design, and end\-to\-end MLOps
    <\/p><\/li>
    
    

  • A passion for learning new technologies and advancing modern engineering practices
