A growing healthcare organization serving the New York and New Jersey area seeking a Payroll Specialist t o join our on-site administrative team.
The Payroll Specialist is responsible for ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time, maintaining time and attendance records, and preparing periodic payroll and accounting reports. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced with ADP Workforce Now .
This role requires discretion, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced professional environment.
Responsibilities:
- Process biweekly payroll accurately and on schedule
- Maintain and reconcile time and attendance data
- Prepare payroll reports and ensure compliance with applicable laws
- Assist with bookkeeping and general accounting tasks as needed
- Maintain confidentiality of all employee and financial records
- Support management with HR and payroll-related inquiries
Qualifications:
- 2+ years experience in payroll or bookkeeping (required)
- Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now (required)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Reliable and punctual; must be able to work on-site daily

Pay:
- $57,000.00 - 65,000.00 (Annual Salary)
