Rails and Transit Project Director
- Grow, nurture, and strengthen external relationships with key clients, contractors, business partners, and competitors. Drive joint initiatives and use networks to influence and close deals.
- Oversee the delivery of complex projects (e.g. design-build and GEC), ensuring they meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Act as a role model and ambassador for the company, representing the brand, vision, and value proposition both internally and externally.
- Build and maintain strong networks with clients including public agencies and/or contractors, manage client accounts, and create a client-centric vision for business development.
- Lead proposals and business development efforts.
- Establish and nurture an innovative, collaborative, and high-performing work environment.
- A bachelor's degree in a related field, with a preference for a master's degree.
- P.E. or R.A. License in New York State.
- Minimum of 15 years' experience in the transportation market.
- Experience in the development of rail infrastructure projects.
- Direct experience with project management and business development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
