Chef de Cuisine
Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef de Cuisine to join our culinary team. Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure consistent high-quality food production.

- Maintain inventory levels and control food costs while adhering to budgetary guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chef de Cuisine or Executive Chef in a reputable Italian restaurant or similar establishment.
- In-depth knowledge of Italian cooking techniques, ingredients, and traditions.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a diverse team.
- Creativity and a passion for culinary excellence.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure gracefully.
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification is preferred
