VISITING adjunct PROFESSOR CHEMISTRY
Union College Department of Chemistry invites applications for a two-year visiting position at the adjunct Professor level beginning in Fall 2023. prosperous candidates will have a Ph.D. in analytical chemistry or a closely-related field, and should have the potential for excellence in undergraduate teaching and research. The College has an exceptional and the expectation is that the hire will involve undergraduates to further their research endeavors. Teaching responsibilities will be primarily in introductory and analytical chemistry courses and labs. The research statement should outline research plans and ways to involve undergraduate students. In addition, we require both graduate and undergraduate transcripts and the names and contact information for three references.
