Overview
We are looking for a TEMPORARY Senior Manager, Influencer Marketing to support our team. This role is critical to the success of our influencer team. We are looking for a candidate with end-to-end management experience of influencer campaigns . You will oversee strategy and own campaign execution with limited oversight. You will also have the opportunity to lead brainstorming sessions for inventive content ideas and topics that drive engagement through influencer and social campaigns. This role requires strong project management experience ensuring client goals are met every step of the way. You will have the opportunity to build relationships with both influencers and clients, all in a supportive, people-first environment. Must have experience working with clients in the f ood and beverage industr y .
Key Accountabilities
You will:
Drive client relationships by serving as the primary day-to-day contact to fulfill their needs relating to influencer marketing opportunities.
Support the Group Director, Influencer Marketing with the development of influencer strategies across multiple clients and categories.
Own the development and presentation of influencer strategies based on client needs and input.
Assist with project impact forecasting.
Review and develop creative strategies and messaging to share with influencers to ensure a successful campaign.
Develop project timelines.
Handle influencer negotiations.
Participate in contractual language discussions and amendment settlement discussions with our legal team to ensure support of the company and partners.
Track campaign progress and data consolidation for program reporting.
Manage influencer budgets and report back to people leaders to support the team's overall financial goals.
Oversee influencer invoicing and billing processes.
Ensure efficient and on-time delivery of all contracted content.
Make recommendations for campaign content and optimizations
Manage campaigns in the Creator IQ platform.
Apply best practices and required client and FTC guidelines to ensure compliance.
Be a lens of overall quality control for all client-facing deliverables.
Person Specification:
1+ years' experience in advertising or agency setting.
3-5 years’ applicable experience.
Must have experience working with clients in t he food and beverage industry.
Must have end-end management experience of influencer marketing campaigns.
Strong project management abilities and skills.
Prior experience with influencer management platforms such as Creator IQ, or similar.
Prior experience working directly with both clients and an internal, cross-functional team.
Experienced with programs like PowerPoint, Word and Excel to maintain complex spreadsheets.
Clear communicator.
Can organize and prioritize large amounts of information and multiple campaigns at the same time.
A team and people-focused attitude.

Employees who live within a commutable distance of one of our hub offices, currently located in Chicago, metro Detroit, Los Angeles, and New York City, are required and expected to work from the office three days per week (two days per week for employees based in Los Angeles). Dentsu may designate other Hub offices at any time. Those who live outside a commutable range may be designated as remote, depending on the role and business needs. Regardless of your work location, we expect our employees to be flexible to meet the needs of our Company and clients, which may include attendance in an office.
The hourly pay range for this position is $53.74-$71.65. The hourly pay rate for the successful candidate is based on a variety of factor, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law. Temporary employees are eligible for paid holidays in accordance with dentsu policy, as well as accrued safe and sick time. This position is not eligible for any other benefits or other compensation.
