Position : Sales Manager (Sweet Protein)
Location: United States – Remote
The estimated salary range is $100,000 - $130,000 based on experience level.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Execute the business strategy and annual plan developed by the department, focus on business opportunities and organize resources to achieve annual sales budget and profit budget.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers and partners through proactive communication and regular visits to discuss commercial opportunities in full autonomy
3. Maintain and continuously improve understanding of products, applications and markets. Share the insight and knowledge with internal team to optimize product development
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including technical and production teams) and responsible for driving sales and business development efforts in North/South America to achieve sustainable growth in the food ingredient line.
5. Working with customers and partners to generate market insight of customer needs and industry trends to support build market strategy for new product launch.
6. Complete temporary important tasks assigned by superiors.
7. Be results driven and show strong sales acumen
Qualifications :
1. Bachelor degree or above and minimum 5-6 years of relevant B2B sales or business development experience in food ingredients, food & beverage, sweetener or flavor ingredient industry;
2. Proven experience in key account management and channel development; Excellent negotiation and communication skills; High level of autonomy and the ability to work independently;
3. Proven success in building relationships with professionals at all organizational levels with internal and external customers; Able to better grasp the customer's psychology, understand and can effectively use sales skills;
4. Market knowledge and insight for the Food & Beverage/ Ingredients space;
5. Strong ability to resist pressure and learning ability
6. Strong communication skills
Mandarin - speaking (Bilingual preferred)
