As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will:

Partner closely with Brand Houses teams to shape growth and premiumization strategies

Play a key role in driving performance, profitability, and long-term brand value

Gain exposure to senior leadership while working on strategic initiatives and innovation pipelines

Based in New York and reporting to the Finance Director, you’ll be at the heart of decision-making—turning data into actionable insights that fuel business success.

Role Responsibilities

Drive Business Performance & Strategy

Analyze financial performance and forecasts to support strategic plans, budgets, and long-term growth ambitions

Translate complex data into clear insights, identifying risks, opportunities, and performance drivers

Partner with cross-functional teams to influence key commercial decisions, including pricing and market strategy

Support Planning & Forecasting Excellence

Support planning cycles (Strategic Plan, Budget, Forecasts), ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency

Coordinate with key markets to consolidate inputs and deliver high-quality financial reporting

Continuously improve tools, templates, and processes to enable best-in-class analytics

Enable Innovation & Growth

Provide financial guidance on innovation initiatives (new product launches, limited editions, portfolio changes)

Evaluate opportunities to maximize profitability and brand value

Support the deployment and financial assessment of the innovation pipeline

Ensure Financial Integrity

Maintain robust financial controls and reporting accuracy across the brand house

Support budget management and cost control initiatives

Uphold strong governance and financial discipline

Qualifications

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field

4+ years of progressive experience in finance, FP&A, or commercial finance

Strong understanding of financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis

Experience working with P&L in a consumer-facing or fast-paced business (preferred)

Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills

Ability to turn data into clear, actionable insights that drive business outcomes

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Proactive mindset with a focus on delivering measurable results

Salary Range - The salary range for this role, based in New York, NY is $95k-105k, along with an annual bonus, 401K match, profit sharing, and medical and wellness benefits. The salary range is commensurate with the candidate’s location, experience, and skillset. The range will vary if outside of this location.
