Requirements:
- Accountable for unit operations and performance across all shifts
- Execute and validate operational, quality, and patient experience standards
- Serve as clinical and operational leader during assigned shifts
- Assist in hiring, assigning, and evaluating staff
- Build strong working relationships across various service lines
- Collaborate with leadership to ensure safe staffing and skill mix
- Initiate real-time service recovery and document interventions
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3–5 years of acute care clinical experience
- Prior charge nurse or leadership experience preferred
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Registered Nurse (RN), active and in good standing
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
- Master's degree preferred
- National Certification in Nursing Leadership preferred
